Our Technology Analyst Program will place you in an environment where fast-changing business priorities and market conditions call for cutting-edge technologists.

We recruit our full-time Analyst class from technical, engineering, mathematical, business and analytical backgrounds with an interest and aptitude for technology. We welcome college graduates who have experience in areas like application development or infrastructure and who are interested in system design and engineering. Whatever your background, you'll develop skills on some of the most advanced systems in the marketplace and enjoy opportunities to build uniquely broad experiences as you tackle challenges across our business.

What to expect

Technology is an exciting, dynamic area of our business. When you join as an Analyst you will be part of a class of incoming technologists, which means you will have an instant network of individuals from diverse backgrounds to work with and learn from. You will receive extensive training from day one, starting with a robust six-week training that will equip you with the tools you need to succeed in your new role. Undergraduate seniors can apply for our Technology Analyst Program. Our two-year program matches your talents to the skills we require in the business. You have a choice of locations that could include Chicago, Columbus, New York, Tampa and Texas. Whichever location you choose, our training program is tailored to help you add value to our business from the beginning.
